AYSO Region 94: Fall Core Program
Where Community and Competition Meet on the Pitch
The Fall Core Program is our primary recreational league, welcoming players from ages 3 to 18. Whether your child is stepping onto the field for the first time or is a seasoned striker, our program is built to ensure they grow as both athletes and teammates.
Our Core Philosophies
We operate under the six pillars of AYSO to ensure every child has a world-class soccer experience:
Everyone Plays®: Our goal is to see kids playing soccer. No one sits on the bench all season.
Balanced Teams: We strive to make teams as even as possible to keep games exciting and fair.
Positive Coaching: We believe encouragement is the best way to build skills and confidence.
Open Registration: If you want to play, you're in! No tryouts are required for the Core program.
Program Format & Expectations
Season Timeline: The season typically kicks off in early August for practices, games start in September and runs through November.
Age Divisions: We offer programs starting from Playground (3U) for our youngest toddlers up to 19U for teenagers.
The Commitment: Teams generally have one to two weekday practices (depending on age) and one game every Saturday at Imperial Middle School in La Habra. Older teams will travel to local AYSO Regions.
What’s Included: Registration typically covers a full uniform (jersey, shorts, socks), player insurance, picture packet and a guaranteed season of development and fun.
Upcoming Dates:
Player Evaluations 8u-12u-June 27th
Parent Meeting: Week of July 22nd. Exact date TBD
Coaches Meeting: Week of July 27th. Exact date TBD
Coaches to receive rosters no later than July 26th.
Only coaches that are fully cleared and certified will receive rosters, all others will receive rosters when cleared.
Practice can begin (if coach is cleared)-10U and up on 8/10/26. 8u will begin on 8/17/2026
Picture Day: Saturday 8/29/26
First game: 9/12/2026
Last game: 6u-14u-11/14/2026. Playground ends 10/31/26
Playoffs Round 1: 10U-14U-Sunday 11/15/2026
Playoffs Round 2-Finals: 12/5/2026=12/6/2026 (Dates subject to change)
