INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO UPLOAD A VOLUNTEER HEAD SHOT

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: We require a head shot photograph of of all adult volunteers (coaches, managers, referees, board members). These instructions show you step by step how to add your photo to your volunteer profile. THIS MUST BE DONE BY THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. Coaches and administrators do not have ability to add photos to a volunteer’s profile.

To make things easy, start by taking a photograph of yourself using your smart phone (or a friends phone). The head shot should primarily be a photograph of the head/face and the top of your shoulders, against a light colored background, in daylight. A perfect spot would be to take your player's photo at Imperial with their back up against the snack shack, in the morning or afternoon. Best would be to present yourself in your team jersey for this season (or referee jersey). Once you have a photograph you like, proceed as outlined below.

1. Log into your account and go to “MY ACCOUNT”.

ON A DESKTOP...
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Click the 'Upload Photo' image to the left of your name.

ON A MOBILE DEVICE...
- Tap the radiator icon (3 horizontal lines) to expand the menu
- Click the 'Upload Photo' image above your name
Use the file browser to upload a your headshot.

Scroll to the bottom and click Update. <<<--- this is very important.
Job done. Simps!

You’re all set! Your photo will now appear on the team page and will automatically print with tournament player cards (your coach and Region staff will be immensely appreciative).
